“I am passionate about working with the bodies because they are honest, intelligent, resilient, and ready to adapt to new situations.”

As a professional ballet dancer, I have performed and taught masterclasses all over the world. Years on stage taught me that posture is never just about how you stand — it shapes how you move, how you're perceived, and how you feel from the inside out.

A lifelong dedication to movement has taught me a how intelligent and adaptable our bodies are – how we can reshape how they work, how we feel, and how we show up in the world. That's exactly why I was drawn to Face Yoga. Like the body, the facial muscles respond to conscious movement and care, and the results go far deeper than the surface.

My own journey with Face Yoga has been transformative. Through regular practice I've noticed real changes – in how my face looks, how my skin feels, and how connected and confident I feel in myself. Those experiences inspired me to develop my own holistic approach to Face Yoga, and to share that same sense of vitality and inner balance with others.

What Face Yoga Can Do For You

At 39, after two decades as a professional ballet dancer, I barely recognised the woman in the mirror. I felt disconnected, tired, and could see every bit of that uncertainty reflected on my face. Face Yoga changed that – and it can do the same for you.

With regular practice, Face Yoga works over 40 muscles of the face and neck to deliver real, visible results – no needles, no procedures, no shortcuts.

How You'll Look

  • Lifted facial contours and a more defined faceline

  • Higher, more sculpted cheeks

  • Reduced puffiness and dark circles under the eyes

  • Smoother forehead lines, crow's feet, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the 11 lines between your brows

  • Improved double chin

  • Greater facial symmetry

  • Support for natural lymphatic drainage and circulation

How You'll Feel

  • More confident and empowered in your own skin

  • Released tension in the face, neck and shoulders

  • Relief from tight muscles and tension headaches

  • Truly at ease — in your face, and in yourself

The Science of Face Yoga

Face Yoga is a natural, holistic practice that combines muscle engagement, postural awareness, and mindful movement — targeting the roughly 40 paired muscles of the face and neck that most of us never consciously train.

Tone & Lift

Just like the muscles in your body, facial muscles respond to targeted exercise. Activating underused muscles and releasing areas of chronic tension can visibly improve facial contours, reduce puffiness, and restore a natural lift over time.

Daily habits — jaw clenching, screen posture, side-sleeping, tongue position — quietly shape your face over time. Face Yoga builds awareness of these patterns and addresses their effects, improving lymphatic flow, circulation, and muscle tone from the inside out.

The science is growing. A widely cited study in JAMA Dermatology found that a 20-week facial exercise programme led to fuller, firmer-looking cheeks and a more youthful appearance. While Face Yoga is not a medical treatment, its core principle — that consistent, targeted movement creates real change — is well established.
