Terms and Conditions

1. Scope & Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Natsu | Face Yoga Studio (owner: Natsu Sasaki) and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

House rules must be observed when entering the studio.

German law applies exclusively. The German version of these terms is legally binding.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of Face Yoga services as described in the booked course.

Details including:

  • course duration and schedule

  • number of sessions

  • pricing and discounts

  • course content

are defined in the booking system on the website: https://www.natsu-faceyoga.com/

Natsu | Face Yoga Studio reserves the right to reschedule courses for valid reasons. Customers will be informed promptly and offered either:

  • an alternative date, or

  • a credit/refund (subject to agreement)

3. Booking, Contracts & Cancellation Policy 

A booking becomes binding once the customer:

  • accepts these GTC, and

  • submits a booking via the website or signs a registration form

A contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking. Automated confirmations via the booking system are valid.

If there is any discrepancy between booking confirmation and course description, the booking confirmation prevails.

4. Validity Periods

  • Single class credits: valid for 1 month

  • 5-class cards: valid for 3 months

  • 10-class cards: valid for 4 months

Validity begins on the date of purchase.

Vouchers:

  • Value-based vouchers: valid for 1 year

  • Service-specific vouchers may have limited validity

5. Services, Class Cards & Memberships 

5.1 Group Classes
Group classes are held with up to 8 participants and can be booked:

  • as single sessions

  • via class cards

  • via memberships
     

5.2 Class Cards
Class cards:

  • are valid from the date of purchase

  • allow booking of available classes

  • are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated
     

Separate class cards apply for:

  • group classes

  • private sessions
     

5.3 Memberships
Memberships (e.g. Shine, Glow, Glow Unlimited):

  • are booked online

  • have a minimum term of 3 months

  • renew automatically monthly thereafter
     

Cancellation:

  • must be requested via email to info@natsu-faceyoga.com

  • must occur before the next billing date

  • cancellations via social media message or phone are not accepted

If cancellation is late, the membership continues for one additional billing cycle.

Unused sessions:

  • expire at the end of each billing period

  • cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried forward
     

Studio closures do not entitle the customer to refunds or extensions, unless required by law.

5.4 Class Credits (Memberships)

  • Credits are issued monthly

  • Valid only within the respective month

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
     

Customers are responsible for booking and attending sessions within the validity period.

5.5 Cancellation Policy (All Bookings)

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the session or credit
     

5.6 Injury or Exceptional Circumstances
In cases such as serious illness:

  • customers should contact the studio promptly

  • adjustments (e.g. extensions or pauses) may be offered at discretion
     

There is no legal entitlement to such adjustments.

5.7 Consultation Deposit
A €20 deposit is required to reserve a consultation.

  • Refunded within 24 hours after attendance

  • Non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or not attended
     

5.8 Customer Accounts
Customers must create an account to:

  • book

  • cancel

  • reschedule

  • manage memberships
     

All account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

Customers are responsible for:

  • account security

  • all activity under their account
     

The studio must be notified immediately in case of unauthorized use.

5.9 Minimum Age
Services are available only to individuals aged 16 and over.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due before the start of the service.

Accepted payment methods:

  • SEPA direct debit

  • PayPal

  • credit/debit card

Cash payments are not accepted.

If payment is not completed, the studio may deny participation.

For memberships:

  • billing is monthly in advance

Price changes:

  • will be communicated at least 3 months in advance

  • give the customer a right to terminate before they take effect

7. Non-Attendance, Suspension and Transfers

Fees remain payable even if services are not used.

No refunds are provided unless required by law.

Appointments can be rescheduled if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Memberships may be paused in exceptional cases (e.g. health reasons), subject to agreement.

Services are non-transferable, except for vouchers not issued to a named person.

The studio may:

  • reschedule

  • cancel

  • merge classes

 

If no alternative is available, customers may withdraw.

In cases of force majeure or official orders, classes may be moved online. This does not justify termination.

8. Customer Data

Customers must notify the studio of any changes to their personal details.

Any costs arising from failure to do so are borne by the customer.

9. Liability

Liability is excluded except in cases of:

  • intent or gross negligence

  • injury to life, body, or health

 

For breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

No liability is accepted for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence.
