What is Face Yoga?

Face Yoga is a natural way to age with grace and maintain a youthful appearance.

Face Yoga combines breathing, posture awareness, and facial muscle exercises to reduce wrinkles by relaxing your face's overworked muscles and lifting up the lines on your face – resulting in a brighter and firmer complexion. Facial muscle exercises in addition to posture and breathing exercises awaken dormant muscles and soothe fatigued ones. During exercise, more nutrients and oxygen are sent to your skin, facial muscles, and lymphatic system, making your face glow and allowing your expressions to reflect your inner beauty.

Face Yoga can
assist with establishing symmetry in your smile, reducing double chins and eye puffiness, relieving pain from clenching and grinding your teeth and loosening up tight neck muscles.
