      You can wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Enjoy a session after work, on your lunch break, or whenever you have a bit of free time.

      Yoga mats are available to you here in the studio. You are always welcome to bring your own mat if doing so makes you feel more at home and relaxed. 
- 
      
      All classes, whether they be private or group lessons last 45 minutes. The standard sequence is to begin with a breathing exercise, go through a warm-up, perform releasing and toning poses, and finish with a cool-down.

      Students are encouraged to arrive on time, but not too early. 
- 
      
      Group classes are limited to 8 participants, so please register through the online registration system to ensure your place in a class.

      It is advised to train 2-3 times per week, supplemented by some home exercises. Consistency, as with any exercise, is the key to long-term benefits and changes.

      While some people experience the benefits right away, most people begin to notice changes within 2-4 weeks.

      No, it has been proven that the Face Yoga Method can help to reduce and prevent wrinkles, sagging facial lines, and other signs of aging.

      Of course! It's never too late to start; any age is appropriate.

      I only provide studio lessons in Nürnberg, Germany, but if you are interested in learning remotely, please get in touch with me.

      I offer multilingual Face Yoga classes in English, German, French or Japanese. 
- 
      
      Face Yoga can be combined wonderfully with other facial treatments. However, since botox suppresses the movement of the facial muscles, it might be difficult to move the muscles right after a treatment. Please consult with your physician before practicing.
